1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for a subscription, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions for recurring billing. This agreement governs your subscription with Iron Clad ID Pty Ltd ("We", "Us", or "Our") and is subject to change. If we make changes, we will notify you in advance.

2. Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize Iron Clad ID to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) for the agreed-upon amount and on the agreed date until you cancel your subscription.

3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, commencing on the date of purchase. Subsequent billing will occur on the same day of the month (or the closest applicable day). If a billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be processed on the next business day.

4. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with Cancellation Policy. The payment method on file will be charged at the current rate at the time of renewal.

5. Pricing and Changes
We may modify the pricing of our subscription plans at any time. By continuing to use our services after the change takes effect, you agree to the new pricing.

6. Payment Method
You must provide and maintain a valid payment method. If your payment method is declined or expires, you agree to provide us with updated payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.

7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the contact form above. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

8. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period, but no further charges will be incurred. Exceptions may apply in cases required by Australian Consumer Law, including for major failures.

9. Failed Payments
If a payment is not successfully processed due to an issue with your payment method, we may retry the payment. If a payment fails after retries, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
